Even Keel Realty, Inc. was founded on the basis of full customer and client services. FULL REPRESENTATION!
Nicole, having always been a fully commissioned salesperson, was not impressed with the representation she got whe
n she was buying her home in Massachusetts. She was relocating back from Georgia. The agents were working and looking out for the sellers but no one wanted to represent her on the biggest investment of her life.
Nicole took it upon herself to do all the running to the registry of deeds, town halls, conservation, home inspectors, lawyers and mortgage brokers.... What was the Buyer's Agent doing? Who was looking out for her? From there Nicole got into real estate and after approximately 2 years, established Even Keel Realty, Inc.
The company was based on "How are YOU represented?" Our policy is to provide full disclosure, honest and upfront business practices, research and analysis done on the questions raised on the property in question. We help you make educated decisions.
